willy-sillyA student made a secret addition to his family’s mansion home – by painting a 60ft penis on the roof.

Andy and Clare McInnes were delighted when builders finished the new flat roof on their £1million house, reports The Sun.

But it gave their son Rory, 18, who had just watched a documentary about Google Earth, an idea to make the property stand out.

He grabbed a tin of white paint and climbed up to the roof, where he spent half an hour reproducing the best-known feature of the Cerne Abbas Giant in Dorset, pictured.

For the next 12 months only Rory knew about the giant manhood on the roof near Hungerford, Berks, but his secret was out when a helicopter pilot spotted it.

Mr McInnes, 54, a company director, initially thought it was a wind-up when The Sun contacted him about the painting.

He said: “It’s an April Fool’s joke, right. There’s no way there’s a 60ft phallus on top of my house.”

Mr McInnes then spoke to all four of his children. When he phoned Rory, who’s in Brazil as part of his gap year, he burst out laughing, and said: “Oh, you’ve found it then!”

He added: “When Rory gets home he will be given a scrubbing brush and white spirit and he can go and scrub it off.”

The boy, from Jharkand, India, was rushed to the hospital after he impaled himself falling off a terrace and onto a rod last week.

The boy was fully conscious when he arrived at the hospital. Doctors removed the rod during a 4-hour operation and said he had lost a lot of blood and suffered some injuries, but “nothing major.”

“Opening the abdomen, we discovered his liver was injured, the stomach was injured, but thankfully, the spleen and pancreas were safe,” said surgeon Sandeep Aggarwal said. “The child was lucky that he did not suffer any major injury but yes he had substantial injuries.”

Aggarwal praised Mehul for his strong willpower.

Mehul was playing with colours on the terrace when he fell on an iron rod left standing on the under-construction terrace, his uncle Raja Kumar Vishwakarma said. The rod pierced through his body and then broke, resulting in his fall from the roof.
